Alcindo Fernandes Gonçalves is the coordinator of the Graduate Program in Law at Universidade Católica de Santos – Master and Doctoral levels. Professor Gonçalves has large experience in the area of Political Science and International Law, acting mainly on the following themes: Global Governance and International Regimes, Election-related Studies and Political Behavior, Political Institutions, Human Rights, Environment and Regional Development.

 

 

André Rypl is a Diplomat, Secretary of the Foreign Relations Ministry in the Brazilian embassy in Vienna and former chief of the International Cooperation Department of the Brazilian Space Agency (AEB).

 

 

Camilo Guzmán Gomez is a Law Professor at Universidad Sergio Arboleda, Colombia and the Leader of the Research Group on Public Law – CREAR, with an outstanding academic production in Public International Law and Space Law.

 

 

Ian Christensen is Director of Private Sector Programs at Secure World Foundation and has vast professional experience as a consultant and analyst focused on international and domestic commercial space, satellite, and aviation markets.

 

 

Olavo de Oliveira Bittencourt Neto is a professor at Universidade Católica de Santos and acts as co-vice president for The Hague International Space Resources Governance Working Group. He is the leader of the Research Group on Astropolitics at Universidade Católica de Santos.

 

Rosa Maria Ramírez de Arellano y Haro is the General Coordinator for International Affairs and Security in Space Matters for the Mexican Space Agency, with large experience in the field of space telecommunications and public service. Professor of Telecommunications Law at Universidade Panamericana.

 

Mischel Carmen Neyra Belderrain is head Professor at Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA). Experience in Production Engineering, with emphasis on Operational Research, under the following topics: Problem Structuring Methods, Multi-criteria decision support methods and Multimethodology.
